I think Bumgarner is poised for a big year, 2.52 second half, 2.89overaall of last year if you ignore his first 6 starts. If I tried to mvoe anyone I think it would be Ichiro but no one wants him because of age
In the draft should I focus on pitching since I have all my hitting spots (but Util) filled and worry about Bench players at the end? Should I go after some closers early?
I would go heavy pitching for sure in your draft. Stay away from closers early, not worth skipping out on a better player who can give you more. I wouldn’t ignore hitting too much though Ichiro is on the decline and Crawford was not real good last year. 2nd base is kinda weak for you too so you might want to look there.

LikeDislikeAgree with FSP here, I would land good starting pitching early in your draft, maybe taking a risk on Josh Johnson if he’s available in the draft (unlikely). Due to the deepness of your league, I’d try to land a solid upside guy such as Matt Moore if he’s not being kept because his hype will garner much more trade value than a regular starting pitcher. Also, don’t pay for saves, that’s the worst thing you could do. Land some good pitchers, but if there’s only risks available then go with an established offensive player if the opportunity presents itself.

LikeDislikeYeah keepers were scapped up by the lower tier teams by midseason. I usually punt closers since its SVHD and just stream the hot setup guy of the week.
I traded for Kinsler, gave up Gordon and Roberts. and traded Bumgarner for Kennedy and a higher pick. And got David Wright for M. Young
