2 trade offers involving Holmes and Mendenhall

Boldin greene rb's

I received 2 trade offers and I’m torn on which one is better for me
Trade 1 I give up Holmes and I receive Lynch and I receive Greene, Boldin and A.Hernandez

I desperately need help for week 11 as I have Mendenhall, Ingram, and Andre Johnson all on bye. Lynch has a very nice match up against the Rams. I like trade 2 as well since Greene has a favorable schedule but I just have trouble trusting him for some reason otherwise I would take that trade. Which one do you guys think benefits me more?
